01 / The unfinished loop

A great job can’t build your reputation
if the follow-up stops.

After the truck leaves, three things still need to happen: an honest review invitation, a watchful eye on new feedback, and a business reply sent with your authorization.

01

Eligible job complete

A supported CRM connection or a manual update tells Busy Season the work is finished.

02

Honest SMS invitation

The customer is invited to share an honest review. Requests are not based on satisfaction and do not offer incentives.

03

Customer review monitored

The customer writes and publishes the review. Busy Season monitors what arrives; it never creates customer reviews.

04

Merchant reply authorized

Busy Season drafts a business reply and publishes only under the reply workflow the business explicitly authorized.

Without a system, the loop breaks. Busy Season keeps it moving.
What your customer sees

After the job,
the ask is simple.

Busy Season sends one straightforward invitation to share an honest experience. No rating is requested, and the message is easy to decline.

  1. Sent after the work is complete

A supported CRM connection or a manual job-completion update starts the review-request workflow.

  2. The same honest invitation

Eligible customers receive the request regardless of satisfaction. Busy Season does not ask for a rating or specific review content.

  3. Controls are built in

Suppression, deduplication, and opt-out controls help prevent repeat or inappropriate messages. No incentive is offered for a review.

No shortcuts.

Honest invitations

Eligible customers are invited to share an honest review regardless of satisfaction. No incentives and no review gating.

Replies stay authorized

Merchant replies are published only after the business provides explicit digital authorization for the selected workflow.

Progress, not promises

Busy Season tracks reputation and local-search visibility. Google determines rankings, and specific placement is not guaranteed.

05 / Straight answers

The things you should know before connecting anything.

What exactly does Busy Season do?

Busy Season connects completed-job activity to SMS review requests, monitors incoming Google reviews, drafts merchant replies, publishes merchant replies under the workflow you authorize, and shows review and local-search progress in one dashboard. Onboarding and ongoing operation are done with you.

Do I need a specific CRM?

No. Supported CRM connections can detect completed jobs automatically. If you do not use a supported CRM, you can mark a job complete manually and keep the same review workflow.

Are review invitations based on customer satisfaction?

No. After an eligible completed job, the customer can be invited to leave an honest review. Invitations are not based on satisfaction, and Busy Season does not offer incentives for positive ratings.

Does Busy Season write or publish customer reviews?

No. Customers write and publish their own reviews. Busy Season can read those reviews, draft a merchant reply, and publish the merchant reply only under the reply workflow the business explicitly authorizes.

Can I control automated merchant replies?

Yes. Connecting Google does not automatically enable reply publishing. You choose the authorized workflow, and you can change it, withdraw authorization, or disconnect Google access.

Does local rank tracking guarantee placement?

No. Busy Season tracks local-search visibility, including geo-grid views, so you can see change over time. Google determines rankings, and no specific position or placement is guaranteed.

How does the 14-day trial work?

The trial includes the one Busy Season plan. A card is required to begin. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues at $197 per month. You can cancel anytime.
