Terms of Service
The agreement between a business customer and Busy Season.

These Terms govern access to and use of the Busy Season website, software, messaging, reporting, and related done-for-you services, provided by Busy Season — a sole proprietorship operated by Hayden Russell. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Busy Season is a reputation-management service for U.S. home-service businesses. It can connect completed-job activity to SMS review requests, monitor incoming Google reviews, draft merchant replies, publish merchant replies under an explicitly authorized workflow, and report reputation and local-search progress. Customers, not Busy Season, create and publish customer reviews.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business and any connected Google Business Profile. You are responsible for accurate account information and activity under your account.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide customer contact and job information only when you have a lawful basis and an appropriate existing business relationship.
- Use review invitations for eligible completed jobs without screening recipients by satisfaction or offering incentives for positive reviews.
- Comply with applicable laws, carrier rules, and connected-platform policies.
- Review and choose the merchant reply workflow you authorize. Connecting Google does not automatically authorize reply publishing.
4. Merchant reply authorization
Busy Season publishes merchant review replies only after the business has provided explicit digital authorization for the selected reply workflow. The business can change that workflow, withdraw authorization, or disconnect Google access. Authorization to publish merchant replies is not authorization to create or publish customer reviews.
5. Subscription, billing, and trial
- Busy Season offers one plan at $197 per month.
- The plan begins with a 14-day trial. A valid payment card is required to begin.
- Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription begins billing monthly at the end of the trial and renews until cancelled.
- You may cancel anytime. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation.
6. Google and other third-party services
Google Business Profile is a free service provided by Google. Busy Season charges for its separate software, messaging, reporting, and profile-management services. Busy Season does not charge for placement in Google Search or Google Maps.
Busy Season is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google. Learn more about working with a third party.
Third-party services have their own terms, policies, availability, ranking systems, and moderation decisions. Busy Season is not responsible for decisions made by Google or another third party.
7. No promised rating or ranking
Busy Season does not control what customers write, the number or sentiment of reviews a business receives, its average rating, or its position in Google Search or Google Maps. Google determines rankings, and specific placement is not guaranteed.
8. Intellectual property and data
Busy Season owns the software, website, and brand. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant Busy Season a limited right to process that data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Busy Season does not warrant uninterrupted access or a particular business, review, rating, or ranking outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busy Season’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, unlawful use, nonpayment, or risk to the service. After cancellation or disconnection, Google data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for disputes arising from these Terms or the service.
