Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Busy Season when you use our service.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Busy Season website, software, and services, provided by Busy Season — a sole proprietorship operated by Hayden Russell. By using the service or contacting us to sign up, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Busy Season provides marketing-automation software and related done-for-you services for home-service businesses, including automated review requests, AI review responses, reputation monitoring, and Google Business Profile management. Features available to you depend on your plan.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be a business owner or authorized representative, 18+, operating in the United States. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.
3. Your responsibilities
- You will only provide and authorize us to contact customers with whom you have an existing business relationship, and you have the necessary rights and consents to do so.
- You will comply with applicable laws and the policies of connected platforms (e.g., Google, your CRM, and messaging carriers), including rules against incentivized or fake reviews.
- You will not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
4. Subscriptions, billing & trials
- The software is offered on a monthly subscription. Pricing is shown at sign-up; founding pricing, where offered, is described at the time of purchase.
- Free trials require a payment method on file. Unless cancelled during the trial, the subscription begins billing at the end of the trial.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
5. Guarantee
Our written guarantee is described on our site and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. It forms part of these Terms for software subscriptions to which it applies.
6. Intellectual property
We own the software, site, and our brand. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for those platforms’ availability, policies, or actions (including ranking or moderation decisions made by Google).
8. Disclaimers
We do not control and do not guarantee search rankings or third-party platform outcomes. Except for the specific written guarantee we offer, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busy Season’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the U.S. state in which Busy Season is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
