Refund & Cancellation Policy

The free trial, the money-back guarantee, and how to cancel — in plain English.

Free trial

New software subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.

The money-back guarantee

For the Busy Season software (reviews) plan: if you don’t get 20 new 5-star Google reviews within 90 days of your subscription starting, you can request a full refund of what you’ve paid for that period. The risk is on us.

  • To qualify, the system must be connected and able to run as set up during onboarding (e.g., your Google profile connected and your customer source available).
  • Request a refund by emailing hello@busyseason.io within the guarantee window.

Cancel any time

The subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Email hello@busyseason.io and we’ll confirm. Your service continues through the end of the current billing period.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Add-on services

Done-for-you add-ons (such as websites or SEO/AI-search work) may have their own terms because real costs are incurred to deliver them; any such terms are described before you purchase. The software money-back guarantee above applies to the core software plan.
