Refund & Cancellation Policy
The 14-day trial and how to cancel, in plain English.

14-day trial
New subscriptions begin with a 14-day trial. A payment card is required to start. If you cancel before the trial ends, the paid monthly subscription will not begin.
Monthly billing
Unless cancelled during the trial, the one Busy Season plan renews at $197 per month. Charges are for Busy Season’s software, messaging, reporting, and profile-management services — not for Google Business Profile or placement in Google Search or Google Maps.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee by using the cancellation controls in your account or emailing hello@busyseason.io. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, service continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds and billing errors
Monthly charges already incurred are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@busyseason.io promptly so we can investigate.
No outcome-based promise
Busy Season does not promise a specific number or sentiment of reviews, an average rating, or a position in Google Search or Google Maps. Google and customers determine those outcomes.
Google disconnection and data
You may disconnect Google access independently of cancelling the subscription. What happens to Google-sourced data after disconnection or cancellation is described in the Privacy Policy.
